Perkcord is a hosted membership and access service. We collect the account, membership, and transaction details needed to operate that service.

• Account details such as email address, recovery email, and linked sign-in identities.
• Discord-related details needed to connect a member account to a community and project roles when enabled.
• Billing and membership records such as provider, amount, currency, dates, tier, status, and receipt or invoice references.
• Product analytics such as page path, button clicks, form steps, selected tier, checkout step, provider setup step, feature flag state, and page interactions. Inputs are masked, URLs are stripped of query strings, and analytics does not include card details, Discord handles, provider customer IDs, or raw payment data.
• Technical logs and security data used to keep the service reliable, detect abuse, and troubleshoot failures.

We use collected information to operate memberships, process account recovery, keep access records accurate, and support payment and Discord access workflows.

• Authenticate members and admins.
• Process purchases and subscription state through configured payment providers.
• Grant, repair, or remove membership access tied to a purchase.
• Measure product usage, setup completion, checkout progress, and operational failures so the service can be improved.
• Support customer service, audits, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations.

Card and bank payment details are handled by the configured payment processor, not stored directly in this application. This service stores the transaction metadata needed to confirm payment status, reconcile access, and answer billing questions.

We share information only when needed to run the service or comply with legal obligations.

• Payment providers that process purchases and subscriptions.
• Identity and platform providers such as Discord or Google when a user signs in or links an account.
• Product analytics vendors that process product events on behalf of the deployment operator.
• Infrastructure, email, and logging vendors acting on behalf of the operator of this deployment.
• Law enforcement or regulators when disclosure is required by law.

We keep records for as long as needed to run memberships, support accounting and dispute handling, and maintain security and audit history.
